  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship the Item(s): Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged item(s).

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
